Speed Ski New Zealand Confirms National Event for 2004.

The speed track run on the Mangaehuehu Glacier is steeper than ever after last years massive avalanche remodelled the run. The national championships are confirmed to run on the 6th to the 10th of October.

Description: The speed freaks are back! The New Zealand Speed Ski and Snowboard National Championships will be again held at Turoa, on the Mangaehuehu Glacier. Will there be a new National Champion this year? Or can Russell Baunton, last year's Champ hold off all challengers such as previous winner Chris Gebbie? Come and see.
